Foreign National Deposits is $1000.00.

A $100.00 non-refundable one time fee must be collected at the time of application.

Priority Waiting List Deposit: $200.00

Pet Deposit is $500.00 with a $250.00 one time non-refundable fee to be paid at the time of application.
Two pets allowed per apartment. Each pet must weigh no more than 40lbs. at maturity.

All premium locations are an additional $75.00 per month.
