Foreign National Deposits is $1000.00.

A $100.00 non-refundable one time fee must be collected at the time of application.

Priority Waiting List Deposit: $200.00

Pet Deposit is $500.00 with a $250.00 one time non-refundable fee to be paid at the time of application.Two pets allowed per apartment. Each pet must weigh no more than 40lbs. at maturity.

All premium locations are an additional $75.00 per month.
